Uncle Gary got promoted to sergeant today and Gemma got to have a date day with Daddy. She got dressed up very nicely for an afternoon out to see the ceremony and lunch with her cousins. Really cute. Lucy tried pancakes today and we can add it to the list of foods that she does not find objectionable. Alex had a camp BBQ today where he got to eat a cheeseburger and play games. He even got to bring his own money to buy ice cream from the ice cream truck. Soon he will need a wallet and checkbook.
