Lucy had her meet ‘n greet this morning at her new school. She got to meet Ms. Lexi and Ms. Heidy, who are very sweet. They packed little gifts for the kids and bubble wands (Mommy’s favorite). She was a little shy, but so excited for school and being a “Buttercup.” Lucy was even more excited that she is officially a big kid and got to join in on the tradition of a Princeton lunch the day before the school year kicks off. So much fun sitting outside at the grill after a summer of hitting the same restaurants in Pennsyltucky. A bittersweet official end to summer…thank god they are all going back to school (physically). Mommy and Daddy got heavy into the wine to celebrate being a step closer to normalcy.
