The sun was shining all day, the boats were out, and the america’s past-times were flowing. We could not have asked for better weather, some optional naps were taken, some sunburn was acquired, and we had an endless supply of sparklers. It was a great day capped off by amazing fireworks over the lake. Last year was canceled so we did not know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised with the job the Hideout did on the display. Being able to go out on the boat for the show was really awesome…2/3 kids loved it. Lucy liked the visual show but was fine waiting a bit for the audio tour.
