Last day for the Derby clan before they got a jumpstart on us in heading back to reality....apparently we are not going to be able to just sit around in our pajamas forever. We got a lot of time outside this morning as the snow started falling. Daddy had to get the rake out and do a little scraping on the driveway in order for the minivan to get out of the driveway. Uncle Todd gave it his best 21 tries with limited success. We were all hoping they would be stuck in with us for another night, but we eventually got them out and on the road. Luckily, they got out just in time because the snow started getting pretty heavy later in the day. It was so peaceful just sitting by the fire and watching the snow come down...thought a little about whether we would get out tomorrow, but that is future Burger family's problem.
