Laid back day of just watching time go by. We went over to Rif’s Place for lunch and then took a ride out to try a new ice cream place near Lake Wallenpaupack. Gemma already had her one dairy for the day, since she is a self-diagnosed lactose intolerant...so she HAD to get a chocolate covered banana. It was a medical necessity.
