It’s Valentines Day and the kids are off for an extended president’s day weekend. Lucy went to school for the day, but Alex and Gemma got to go with Daddy for a matinee movie and lunch at Shake Shack. Mommy and Daddy planned a special Valentine’s meal tonight, which was multi-courses of desserts for DINNER. Course one was a fruit course, followed by a nutella pizza with bananas, and chocolate soufflé with ice cream for dessert dessert. The kids LOVED it, but we may all now have type 2 diabetes.
