We made it back last night in time for dinner and to put the kids to bed. Waking up this morning was definitely rough. Alex was not feeling well this morning so he was staying home from school. Mommy played it like she had lots of meetings this morning, so she couldn’t drop off the girls. Daddy came back to the house after deciding to work from home, and this was the scene....lots of meetings my ass.
Mommy went to Wegmans after her beauty rest to get some groceries and instinctively picked up some Casamigos tequila. Apparently, her liver doesn’t realize she is no longer in Nashville. Lucy learned how to do “the thinker” at Beeps’ house this weekend. She knows she gets M&Ms when she does it, so she has been “thinking” all over the place.
