It was an early morning to get our vacation started but we made it to the airport and had time to get settled before boarding. We brought Lucy’s collapsible wagon, which was a little unorthodox, but it was amazeballs. Lucy slept for a while with Daddy and the big kids loved being able to use their iPads on the plane. After a bit of a snag on our physical vacation address, Daddy almost going to Mexican jail for attempted strangulation of a reception desk agent, and Mommy almost bursting into flames due to heat...we were officially on the sand. Lucy took everything in stride and just enjoyed her welcome beverage. Alex and Gem just wanted the pool. It could have been on the side of route 1 and they would be totally fine.
