Opening day for The Birds and everyone in the house is in Eagles green and fired up. Daddy got tickets for the game and Alex had the responsibility of asking a friend to go. He decided to bring Logan and Daddy made Alex call Logan by himself and invite him...pretty funny to listen to that conversation. We had breakfast with the girls and hit the road to get down to the Linc for a 1pm kickoff. It was an absolute scene down at the tailgate that we walked through a bit before heading inside. We had some sweet club level seats, so the food and drink and live bands made for a really awesome experience for the kids.
The birds came out flat in the first half, but made some adjustments and finished strong. They ended up winning 32-27 and we saw a couple long touchdowns from DeSean Jackson...so glad he’s back. The place was crazy, the weather was great, and it’s always more fun when we’re winning.
