The whole crew was up early and Mommy had them all lubed up to be the first out on the blueberry fields this morning. Lucy was fully prepared to pick, but quickly decided it was ridiculously hot and eating blueberries was more rewarding. Gemma was our master picker today and she was really serious about her work. Daddy and Lucy tapped out early and went hunting for cookies before hitting the bike course...Lucy LOVED riding on the back. We also got to feed goats, milk some fake cows, and chase the chickens. Successful morning and we will all have purple poop for a while given the amount we picked.
Hit Newtown this evening for Hailey’s monkey birthday party. Lots of fun playing and it was another late night at the Drebys.
