Santa brought us three of the happiest kids ever!  Alex got his baseball bounceback net and he was very appreciative that the elves knew enough to bring him a bucket of baseballs. Although, his excitement is closely rivaled by his feelings for the Nintendo Switch that Mommy and Daddy got him. Gemma got her art table, which was all decked out with her favorite supplies. Lucy got her very own car and is already a better driver than mommy...she even checks her mirrors. Tons of fun opening presents all morning. Gemma got Daddy a photo cube and Mommy a candle that she picked out all on her own. Alex also picked out a necklace for Mommy and got Daddy an awesome mug with his printed artwork from school. We had a new addition to our family too...Gemma’s hatchimal which we all took turns keeping warm until it birthed itself. Two parts innovative, one part creepy.

Brunch and presents at Beeps and Grandpa’s house was just as fun. We finally got to give Grandpa is Sandy Koufax picture and it was a hit. Gemma’s highlight was a new baby stroller, Lucy got her first green bag, and Alex is on his way to being a world renowned scientist...although he may need tutoring since none of us idiots realized we put the damn drinking bird together backwards.

Cousin Christmas at Uncle Ryan and Aunt Erin’s was mediated madness as usual with all the kids running around amped up on sugar and Christmas joy. Alex loves his Black Panther mask, Gemma got cool ferry wings that she can decorate herself, and Lucy got a food truck so she can learn how to sell fast food at premium prices. Everyone was ready for bed by the time we got home. Amazing day, so many smiles, worth the wait and work that goes into it....especially because Mommy does it all;)
