december 23rd - a head start on christmas

Off to Lancaster for the start of the Christmas celebrations with Gramps and Grandmum. We went out for a nice lunch and daddy cooked a holiday dinner for the adults. Alex and Gemma got to open up some presents...Gemma loves her pink cowboy boots, but the winner for Alex was his very own digital camera. It was not out of the box for more than 5 minutes before he had mastered how to take his own pictures and show them to us. He was very excited to "walk around the city and take pictures."  Some college funds lacked appreciation...for now.
