december 27th - pennsylvania christmas

We crossed state lines to celebrate Christmas with Gramps and Grandmum at their house. Luckily, we arrived after all the pie baking was wrapped up. Lucy did get to help a little with the last couple pies, but she was mostly at the counter for snacks. We taught all the kids how to put fingerprints on the dining room table, and then left them behind to go out for drinks. close to a casualty or two, but Mommy and Daddy made it to our hotel alive.

december 26th - too soon?

Our tree definitely had COVID. It was ready to go in the fire about mid-December. We usually always move it out quickly, but this one, we couldn’t wait to get out the door. Lucy looks on like Christmas is over :(, but the celebrations have only just begun.

december 25th - it’s christmas morning man

Always waiting on Daddy to get coffee and check to see whether Santa missed our house. So much fun, so many smiles, and so much fortune:).  Alex got his xbox, Gemma got her nintendo switch, and Lucy got her baby doll salon. With all the excitement, we almost forgot to go downstairs to the gymnastics station. The girls LOVED it.

Over to Beeps and Grandpa’s to get spoiled some more, eat some breakfast, and settle into some champagne.  Spent most of the day relaxing before dropping into lots of cousins at Uncle Gary and Aunt Charissa’s house. Fun year, fun ages, much appreciation.
