Continuing to explore the area hiking trails, so today we went over to Shuman Point, which is part of Wallenpaupack. The lake is down significantly and the shoreline was very rocky. It made for quite an adventure. It was really cool to see all the original rock retaining walls and stone foundations of old dwellings. The kids couldn’t imagine that all of them were built by hand “back in the day.”
