Our babysitter had some stuff going on today so the girls had a boring one while Daddy worked. They at least got creative about their seating arrangements.
july 21st - date night (492)
Gemma and Lucy got themselves all dressed up tonight for dinner at The Dock. We had a great time and it was almost as if Mommy were with us, leaving footprints all over the dashboard. They waited patiently to go back to Moo Moo Buck-a-Roo for some ice cream on the way home. Special night all around…Lucy even rode a horse:)
july 20th - shitter’s full (491)
We have some issues in our driveway with our doot pipe, so we had to have it dug up and repaired today. Not a nice problem to have so hoping it is fixed. The bald eagle came to visit Gemma and Lucy down by the lake this evening, which was pretty cool. Alex and Kyle apparently gave their all at camp today :)
july 19th - then there were three (490)
Mommy and Alex out of town so Daddy, Gemma, and Lucy are living it up. Ice cream at the hardware store this morning and dinner in Wallenpaupack. Alex and Kyle had a rough first outing at full-day Sixers camp. They survived, but were a little spent at the end of the day.
july 18th - chronology (489)
A nice photo of the kids in order before they disbanded today. We hung out for a while before everyone got on the road…including Alex and Mommy who spent the night in Newtown before Mommy heads to NYC and Alex heads to Sixers camp for the week.
july 17th - another beaut (488)
We got another great day of weather that turned a little on us in the evening, but we got exactly what we wanted out of the day. The kids figured out how to exceed the weight limit on the paddleboard (only alex survived)…and we did some floating time without kids screaming at us. Not too shabby.
july 16th - party time (487)
Mor Burgers invaded late last night so we got an early start today with breakfast cocktails and morning lake activities. Farrah and Ashlyn were loving the lake and Lucy got her 1:1 time with Garrett and Sav. Lots of fun, lots of food, lots of kids.
july 15th - burger weekend (486)
Uncle Gary’s crew were first to get into town today ahead of some other Burgers arriving, so we got them out on the boat for a tour around the neighborhood. Farrah made it about 1/4 of the way around and decided that she wants to move in…smart kid.
july 14th - mommy’s home (485)
Mommy made it back tonight for one of the best sunsets so far this season. She did, luckily, miss Lucy’s foot slug she had stuck to the bottom today. It was gross.
